This is to inform all MCA registered players and club secretaries that:

1. All players registered with Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) and holding a permanent MCA card are required to participate exclusively in MCA-approved tournaments within its jurisdiction.
2. Any player as an individual found participating in matches/tournaments conducted by other states or beyond MCA's jurisdiction without consent from mca authorities will be ineligible for selection in any age group or official Mumbai teams as well as T20 Mumbai.
3. Such players will also be liable for strict disciplinary action as per MCA rules.
